Exchanges and Returns
Want to make a return or exchange?
Tee Cater strives to provide customers with great service as well as a great product. If for some reason you need to return or exchange your order please contact our customer service team.
If you would like to exchange your order please make sure your product is in its original condition. Please return your item to our location within 30 days of your purchase. Once we recieve your item we can approve an exchange. Please email customer service if you have any issues starting an exchange.

All duties from order outside Canada is customer responsibility on returned items.
If you are not happy 100% satisfied with your order and would like to return your purchase you may do so. We offer credits and or refunds for your item. If you would like a refund or exchange for your item you must return your product within 30 days of purchasing. All items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. We do not cover return shipping costs. In some circumstances we will cover return shipping.
1. We sent the wrong product.
2. Product is damaged upon arrival.
Please note original shipping cost when placing your order will not be refunded. In order to process your return a 15% restocking fee will apply. All restocking fees are waived with store credits. Store credits do not expire and can be used at anytime.
